Terms & Conditions - the basics
Cancellation or Early Termination

Either party may terminate this Pet Services Contract a minimum of 12 (twelve) hours prior to the first scheduled visit without incurring penalties or damages.

Cancellation by the Owner of scheduled walks with less than 12 hrs notice may be charged at the full rate or rescheduled at the discretion of Pawtacular Pets

Should any dog become aggressive or dangerous, Pawtacular Pets may terminate the pet service contract with immediate effect.

Any wrongful or misleading information in the Pet and Owner's information sheets may constitute a breach of terms of this pet services Contract and be grounds for instant termination thereof.
Liability

Pawtacular Pets accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to the Owner’s property if any other person has access to the property during the term of this agreement.

Pawtacular Pets shall not be liable for any mishap of whatsoever nature which may befall a dog or caused by a dog who has unsupervised access to the outdoors.

The Owner shall be liable for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the Walker/Sitter caused by the dog as well as damage to the Owner’s property.

Pawtacular Pets is released from all liability related to transporting dog(s) to and from any veterinary clinic or kennel, the medical treatment of the dog(s) and the expense thereof.

Owner is to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking or home boarding; including behavioral or health problems, antisocial behavior; including aggression, incontinence or lack of house training and excessive loud barking or whining. Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render owner’s dog unsuitable for walking or home boarding will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement

We make every effort to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. Owner is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by Pawtacular Pets

Late Payment Of Commercial Debts Act 1988 amended 1998 & 2002, we would like to remind customers that payments are due at the end of each working week or on final working day of that week. We as a company reserve the right to impose a £2.50 initial late payment fee if a payment is more than three days overdue, then £0.50 charged on a daily basis from the fourth day until payment is received in full.
Indemnification
The Owner will not blame and payback Pawacular Pets against any and all costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and claims arising from said dogs behaviour unless the dog walker is willful or negligent.
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, Pawtacular Pets shall contact the Owner at the numbers provided to confirm the Owner’s choice of action. If the Owner cannot be reached timeously, Pawtacular Pets is authorized to:

Transport the Pet(s) to the listed veterinarian;

Request on-site treatment from a veterinarian;

Transport the Pet(s) to an emergency clinic if the previous two options are not feasible.
Security
Pawtacular Pets warrants to keep safe and confidential all keys, remote control entry devices, access codes and personal information of the Owner and to return same to the Owner at the end of the
contract period or immediately upon demand.
